Disclaimer: The Enamel Mug is susceptible to staining when used with certain beverages, including coffee, tea, and natural juices. That’s a normal characteristic of enamel products and not specific to our mug alone. Due to the enamel’s rough and porous surface texture, particles from these drinks may easily adhere to the mug, resulting in stains over time. Stains can be effectively removed by applying lemon juice or soda to the affected area and gently scrubbing with a hard sponge.
This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

We are a small business and do not store our own products. We work with Printful to have all orders printed and shipped directly to you at the time of your order. Our refund, return, and cancellation policies follow those of Printful. Any returns that we are able to accommodate are at our own cost unless stated below. Please help us give you the best experience by double checking your order sizes, shipping address, and designs.
We can not offer refunds, returns or cancellations for buyers remorse. If your item is misprinted/damaged/defective or is the wrong size please contact us at retreat@satlcitycircus.com within 10 days of receiving your purchase. If you do not contact us within that window your item may not qualify for a refund, return, reprint, or cancellation.
Please be sure your address is correct when you order. If your order does not make it to you due to a misaddress you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
If your order is lost in the mail and you do not receive it please let us know no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Printful will cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you. If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the you have yet to receive it, Printful won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
If your product arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged goods to us and we will communicate with Printful to get a replacement sent to you at no additional cost to you.
